Shri Praveen Kumar

Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)

Shri Praveen Kumar is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from NIT, Jamshedpur and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Operations & Finance) from MDI, Gurgaon.

He has more than 31 years of multifarious experience in PSUs and Private MNCs at multiple locations in India and Abroad including Middle East and African Countries.

Before joining as Chairman & Managing Director of ALIMCO, he worked as General Manager (Projects & Commercial) in ALIMCO since 2016, overseeing Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Design & Development. He has been instrumental in the successful implementation of the Modernisation Project in the Corporation.

He has multi-disciplinary experience in Heavy Engineering, Oil & Gas, Power, Steel and Disability Sectors in areas of Manufacturing, Procurement, Production and Project activities.

Shri Atul Rustagi

General Manager (Finance, Material Management & Projects) & Chief Finance Officer

Shri Atul Rustagi is a Science Graduate from Kanpur University and an Associate Member (ACMA) of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), having passed the final CMA exam in June 1990.

He joined ALIMCO on 1st October 2008 as Sr. Manager - Finance and has more than 32 years of experience in both public and private sectors.

He has wide experience in Finance, Accounts, Costing, Business Planning, and framing Financial, Corporate and Wage Policies.

As CFO, he is actively involved in driving business plans, optimising Corporation's resources, achieving MOU targets set by the Administrative Ministry, and providing strategic inputs to the Board of Directors.

Shri Ajay Chaudhary

General Manager (Corporate Marketing) (I/C) & Chief Vigilance Officer

Shri Ajay Chaudhary is a graduate in Bio-chemistry with a PG Diploma in Biotechnology from University of Delhi and an MBA from Vikram University, Ujjain.

He joined ALIMCO in 2016 and has more than 29 years of experience in Healthcare including Consumer Healthcare, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Surgical Disposables and Pharmaceuticals across organisations such as Core Health Care Ltd, HLL Lifecare Ltd, Bengal Chemicals and NIHFW.

He has multi-disciplinary experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management, CRM, Product Management and Ministry Liaison.

He additionally holds the position of Chief Vigilance Officer of the Corporation.

Shri Vivek Dwivedi

General Manager (Production, Design & Development, Maintenance, Quality Control, IT) (I/C)

Shri Vivek Dwivedi is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from MITS, Gwalior and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

He has more than 32 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance functions, having worked at key positions in various Engineering, Automobile and Machine Building Industries across India.

He has vast expertise in Quality Control, Precision Manufacturing, Equipment Calibration, Vendor Development, Process Control, and Quality Management Systems (ISO) in the industry.
