Shri Praveen Kumar is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from NIT, Jamshedpur and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Operations & Finance) from MDI, Gurgaon.

He has more than 28 years of multifarious experience in PSUs, Private MNCs at multiple locations in India and Abroad including Middle East and African Countries.

Before joining as Chairman & Managing Director of ALIMCO, he has worked as General Manager (Projects & Commercial) in ALIMCO since 2016. He has look after various departments like Production, Maintenance, Quality, Design & Development. He has been instrumental in successful implementation of Modernization project in the Corporation.

He has multi-disciplinary experience in Heavy Engineering, Oil & Gas, Power, Steel and Disability Sectors in areas of Manufacturing, Procurement, Production and Project activities in the Industry.

Shri Atul Rustagi

General Manager (Finance & Administration) & Chief Finance Officer

Shri Atul Rustagi is a Science Graduate from Kanpur University and after passing final CMA exam in June1990 is an Associate Member (ACMA) of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).

He joined ALIMCO on 1st October 2008 as Sr. Manager – Finance. He has more than 32 years of experience in both public and private sector.

He has a wide experience in Finance, Accounts, Costing, Business Planning, framing financial Policies, Corporate Policies, Planning Personnel and Wage Policies.

As a Chief Financial Officer in the corporation, he is actively involved in driving the corporation by implanting the business plans, providing strategies for optimum utilization of corporation’s resources for cost optimization, achievement of targets given by Administrative Ministry through MOU and providing inputs to Board of Director.

Shri Ajay Chaudhary

General Manager (Marketing) I/C & Chief Vigilance Officer

Shri Ajay Chaudhary did his graduation in Bio-chemistry and PG Diploma in Biotechnology from University Of Delhi . He did his Masters in Business Administration from Vikram University, Ujjain.

He joined ALIMCO in 2016 and has more than 27 years of experience in both public and private sector. He had worked at various key positions in reputed organisations like Core Health Care ltd,SEP Health Care ltd, Morepen Laboratories, HLL Lifecare ltd, Bengal chemicals and pharmaceuticals ltd and NIHFW at multiple locations in India.

He has multi-disciplinary experience in field of Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management, Customer Relationship Management, Product Management and Sales Promotion in the Industry.

Additionally, he holds the position of Chief Vigilance Officer in Corporation.

 

Shri Vivek Dwivedi

General Manager (Production & Planning) I/C

Shri Vivek Dwivedi did his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from MITS, Gwalior and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

He has more than 32 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance function and Worked at key positions in various Engineering, Automobile and Machine building Industries across the country.

He has vast experience in Quality Control function, Precision Manufacturing, equipment calibration, Vendor Development, Process Control, Quality Management System / ISO function in the Industries.
